Any places that are near TST or Chunkin Mansions? Dunt know my way around, worried I will get lost.

Yup. The Gal' DB is full of them. You can search by district, and even get maps.

Take Exit A2 from TST station, once you exit, do not cross the main road. Head into the 'messy' group of buildings , i.e. east wards. Follow Humphrey's Ave until a 4 road intersection. You should see a very sharp corner selling some local fast food "animal spare parts" food stall. Facing the food stall, James lee is on your left. Go up and have fun!

walk out of Chung King, turn right.
walk to the junction where u see Mira Hotel.
Turn right into Kimberly road,
walk 50m, you will see Champagne Court on the right.
talk the lift up to 8/F, then roam and enjoy.
