Getting in touch with girls via wechat is as simple as just using the app and sending them messages. All the usual caveats apply. Is her pic in the app really her? I suggest you ask her to snap a selfie pic "right now" and send it to you via the app, which should give you something else to go on.
But basically, it seems like the wechat scene in Macau is geared toward short-time and overnight. If you want someone for a week, I'm sure it can be arranged, but it'll be a little out of the ordinary.
One difference between Macuu and Thailand is that Thailand is big, with lots of tourist attractions to spend a week touring around. Not so for Macau. It's an interesting place, but not full of "wonders of the world" like Thailand (unless you mean the girls, of course).
