this came up in my mind after having visited 4 HG girls all at E hotel in TST the past week. I'm pretty sure one of the doormen can recognize me, since I don't make any effort to conceal my face whether with sunglasses, surgical masks, etc. as I think that arouses more suspicion and makes u look mad shady. although he has no proof that I was there to visit an HG, I'm sure it's pretty obvious since I always left the hotel more or less an hour after arriving. I honestly don't think he cares either (or any of the staff for that matter), but hypothetically, what if the doorman just so happens to be the brother of a girl u eventually meet and wanna marry? chances are probably slim that the hotel doormen would have any sort of social connection to u, but u never know right?

this isn't so much of a concern to me, but I just thought it'd be interesting to hear everyone's views. do u personally have any concerns about hotel doormen recognizing u? if so, how do u solve the problem?

The doormen or concierge or hell, entire staff of the regular HG hotels probably know whats going on, and you're one of the tens of regulars they see every week, so I don't think its a big deal...

lol, I'm at the K hotel 2, 3, 4 times a week depending... and at all kinds of hours... and that hotel has one tiny entrance so I recognize all the doormen and I'm sure they recognize me. We just ignore each other and go about our own business. I'm sure they've even seen me go out for breakfast with a girl in hand before and then go back in afterwards... heh. But I guess what I am saying is that they all know what's going on, but will turn a blindeye to it.

As opposed to the doormen, I am more worried about bumping into someone I know on the streets with girl in tow as I think that is more likely than a doorman also knowing someone else who knows you.

with personal friends in the hotel industry, i think some seen it all. I have a friend who is mgr or housekeeping, she said once in a while they see a garbage FILLED iwith condoms.  so after awhile, its just business as usual.

I wouldn't worry about it, there's probably nothing they haven't seen before and as to trying to disguise I would never bother. It's not as if they know your name and who you are...

You see him only when he sees you. But you're forgetting that he sees hundreds or thousands of other mongerers every day.

Convince the doorman your actually wearing a mask ... problem solved.

Well unless ur married or have a gf it shouldn't be a problem right? If people u know see u with some random girl it's not really any of their business to ask. They can speculate all they want about who the girl is but at the end of the day they have no way of telling or proving that the girl is a WG, provided that she is dressed appropriately.

They probably don't recognize you. And if they did, they'd forget fast. Have known a couple of door men before, and they've said, after a while, they don't really see faces. Just bodies they gotta open doors for. Unless you have a very distinct look or something. Or visit the place really, really frequently.

i think all staff of a hotel know what is happening in their hotel. but there are probably so many people coming and going that they do not care and will certainly not remember faces.

In that case play a bit further from home and the links to home....

I remember that with one of my overnighter sessions that the garbage can was full of caps, water and tissues and was I was distinctly wondering what the expression on the cleaning staff would be?!?  Probably priceless...

lol, I really don't mean to be an asshole, no offense, but isn't that kinda obvious?

he sees so many guys in and out around an hour he probably knows what's going on and saying to himself him again,
but he probably reckons that's none of his business.
that hotel has a car park and you can leave on the B1 level and walk back up to the street level...but probably for security reasons, you cannot enter the lift from that level! so you can only do the disappearing trick if you want to.

this hotel is probably the only one that has a doorman opens the door....don't like that idea much
other hotels such as the RK, P, K, you can walk in inconspicuously

another love hotel in JD used to take the ID number of the visitors! but one can get up there thru the service left!
