Standard template doesn't really apply to this story, but will give the details that are relevant to my time there.
Time: Third week of Oct during the weekday 2016
Place: KTV place in Pollock Building, 4/F 9-10 Tak Hing Street, Jordan
Price: No idea, was treated by my friend's contact in HK. I tried to pay for my share but he refused.
Friend of mine from manila was visiting HK for work and one of his suppliers is a local guy and wanted to take him out. obviously my bro always invites me along whenever he senses that it'll be some good adult fun. he told me to meet him at jordan mtr exit d and that we're going to a local ktv. personally, i've only been to handful of local ktvs in hk mainly because i see them as a waste of money. granted china spoiled me where with the same amount per night i can get far more in china, especially in shenzhen. anyway, enough bitching about it, my friend's in town and want to try something new. i've only been to ktvs in mongkok, prince edward, and one super amazing one in wanchai/cwb at the very top of silver base center where it was members only...(side note if anyone here knows if that place still exists and if i can join pls let me know...
friend took me there once and it was awesome, so many hot girls there)
meet up with my friend and we walk over together. it's in this small street and the building is pretty old, i'm guessing this ktv's been around for a long time. we walk in and immediately i felt as if i was transported back to the 90s with all the laser lights and velvet/black interior with cantopop songs in each of the rooms. felt as if i should be asking of chan ho nam (cultural reference anyone?)
a stocky guy approached us smiling asking if we are new or had a table. my friend mentioned his friend's name and immediately he laughed and ushered us deep into one of the furthest rooms. clearly his supplier is a regular here given the manager's behavior.
his supplier hasn't arrived yet so we just sit around by ourselves and wait, until he enters the room with a buddy of his. we exchange pleasantries and the manager comes with with his first batch of 4 girls. 1 second glance the guy says "
ASS! NEXT!" hahaha i like him already. next round comes, and only 1 of them was decent. she went over to my friend. third batch comes and 2 were alright, so we take them, and the contact's friend said he'll be fine without a girl. most all the girls in these types of ktvs are from china and most speak cantonese. Finally the party can begin.
The girl i had was alright, with a decent attitude, but honestly best 5-6/10 even with the dark environment. we start singing some songs and drinking beers. typically we started to play some drinking games with the dice etc etc etc. Honestly the girl i had wasn't all that receptive so i stepped outside for a second to stretch and get away from all the noise. the manager sees me and asks if everything is ok. i explain to him that not really pleased with the girl but it's alright with me if she stays. he says nono and off he goes and finds another girl. while i was waiting i see this stunner of a girl and she keeps glancing at me. she waiting in the corridor near our door and was wearing this skin tight yellow dress that accentuated all her curves. definitely not a local hk girl. she smiles at me and i smile back, wanted to approach her and chat but didn't want to make it weird if she was waiting for another customer. the manager comes back and he escorts her to our room! i'm like...WHAT? then i realize it was the girl for the supplier's friend. happy for the guy but not going to lie, was a bit jealous. the manager comes back out and fetches me my girl
a little better but after seeing that girl in the yellow dress...mood was basically gone for me.
luckily the girl was quite attentive and nice to me and very touchy. during the rest of the time i was eyeing the girl in yellow and she was eyeing me back. granted objectively i was the tallest, youngest, and better looking out of the group, i didn't really blame her (not being arrogant here, just stating facts...my buddy is seriously overweight for his age and the other two are in the 40s and balding). as much as we were eyeing, bros before hos and didn't start any conversations with her as the guy was enjoying her company. granted i knew this type of ktv wasn't your hardcore type and that harmless flirting is as much as what you're going to get on avg. that being said, a few surprises...the girl was quite physical and started to rub my chest and she drank more. she said i was handsome and started to kiss me and rubbing her chest against my shoulder. she hiked up her skirt a bit and showed me her underwear which was a nice black lace and started to bite my ear. luckily the other guys were too busy chatting with their girls and getting drunk that it felt more intimate than it really was. she started to rub my leg a bit and brushed against my LB which was getting a bit excited. she felt that it was getting a bit hard and leaned in and made some moaning noises, and telling me she's wet right now
if it was just me in the room, probably would've just flipped her right there and started banging her on the spot. had to calm down so excused myself to the bathroom. freshened up and sat back and she was all over me again telling me she wants to have me. didn't really care if this was a ploy or not but enjoyed her attentiveness since that's what she's being paid for. i entertain her antics and tell her she's beautiful and how much i'd love to bang her brains out etc etc.
More drinking, singing, and slight groping, and it was time to finish as it was almost 1 am on a weekday. the manager comes and asks if we're happy with the girls and if were interested in any extras. my friend, myself, and his supplier said no, but the guy with the girl in yellow said he wanted to take her out and the manager nodded and whisked away to prepare the girl. we were all congratulating him on having the best looking girl of the night and report to us on her service
. the bill came and all of us offered to share but the supplier said no and he settled the bill quickly. manager came back with his card and gave us one each and thanked us for the business.
the girl in yellow joined us at the entrance and we walked out together and the guy and the girl said goodbye as they headed off to some love motel nearby. i thanked the supplier for a good night and we went our separate ways.
overall it was alright. the girl gave me her wechat and we chatted a few times but honestly i had no interest in her. haven't really talked to her since oct.
like i said, there are much better alternatives given the price you pay in HK even for a local ktv.
In case there's any interest, the manager's card is attached. He's a nice guy, very service oriented and wanted to make sure we were happy. Helped that my friend's contact is a regular there, but still even to a non-chinese like me, he was always asking me if i was happy with the girl. Can definitely see that he's a dailo and current/past triad guy. Reinforces the notion that not all triad guys are what you see in the media. Most just want to get some businesses going and make some money along the way.
