Nguyen, who was hired after applying to Seagal's ad on Craigslist, reports in the court papers that she was sexually assaulted by Seagal. She also reports that Seagal has two young Russian girls that are at his disposal in his New Orleans home for his sexual pleasures.

Seagal required Nguyen to sit and watch as he did sexual acts with one of the Russian girls. He also forced himself on Nguyen by putting his head up her shirt and tried to put his mouth on her breasts. He also forcibly pulled her legs apart and put his hands down Nguyen's pants.

Kayden Nguyen is seeking $1 million from the "Under Siege" actor, according to court papers filed Monday.


I recall Jenny McCarthy from Playboy also accused Seagal of asking her for sex but nothing happened. There was no law suit.

On craigslist there is a section for "Adult Services". If the ad was in "Adult Services, this girl has no case. There is a "Warning and Disclaimer" on the contents. She would have known about the contents when answering the ad.

On the other hand, if the ad was in the regular classified and she has proof, she has a legal case. I believe the ad was in the regular classifed section.

wikipedia says only civil lawsuit is filed and there was no criminal complaint. So Seagal is not arrested.

If this girl doesn't file criminal complaint soon, I think we can consider her setting things up.
