oddly enough, when I was in Indonesia, the food there was always "luke warm", never like hot-hot. does anyone know why? almost seems unsanitary.

Korean and Japanese are my favourites.  Dim Sum is also hard to beat but it gets old.  Korean food has so much variety and quality is usually very high, especially in Korea.

i love chinese food because it covers such a broad range of flavors and cooking techniques.  if there was any one thing about my culture that im really proud of, it has to be the cuisine.  japanese cuisine is also very evolved and you can really get a sense for how many thousands of years their people invested in perfecting the style.

Japanese - sushi

I think sushi and pizza are the two things I can eat everyday and not get tired of it....
But pizza has to be good pizza...
Sushi can be mediocre, and I would still eat it everyday... (kinda expensive after a while though...)

well...its a well known fact that 90% of the chinese restaurants in america make 'fake chinese food'.  general tsos chicken and chop suey, for example, are as american as apple pie.  they were something chinese chefs came up with to appeal to american palates.

I enjoy every aspect of Asian cuisines. Each has its specialties, but if i had to choose, I prefer to have Korean, especially their rice in claypot, or the asian fusion of japanese sushi.

I also find a simple standard bowl of viet pho very comforting and refreshing compared to HK style fish ball noodles.
