As for the age of the girl, I honestly think that with the way girls dress these days, it really can be hard to tell just how old they are.  I don't know all the details of the allegations, so maybe I'm wrong if LT did indeed request someone under 18.  The pimp should definitely face charges for supplying a minor for sex though.
