T-ded99, my honest opinion and one of the main reasons I chose to stay in Sutthisan.
So guys, I have been here 7 times so far, pretty much every 2 nights or so since I have arrived, each time solo. I believe I have a much better understanding of the place now and believe I can offer my honest review of this place aswell as hints and tips to whomever wishes to come aswell.
Firstly, I guess what's most important before costs, is your etiquette. Don't be or try to be a big man. Although this place welcomes tourists, the majority of the clientele is still Thai. If anything happens, you will not leave the place unscathed. I have asked around, there are no fights and I have not witnessed any myself, only the occasional drunk who knocked over glasses, etc. However, you really do not want to take the chance. I have been asked a few times to be less loud, I guess the mood, music and alcohol makes me talk louder... My bad. (but I was having a good time).
Okay, now that the seriousness is over, let's get down to the costs. Unable to take photos or vids as there is a 5k fine if caught, nor do I want to risk it, I have been buying 350ml or 500ml bottles of Regency brandy with Pepsi each time. This is because 1 night after I went to Zeed, having already drunk a bottle there, only ordered a beer. The beer, big bottle, of Chang and ice (came automatically), came to 200 baht. Honestly not worth doing so if you intend to stay for more than 2 hours. A small bottle of Regency lasts me 3 hours, a larger bottle lasts me 4 hours. Small is 550 baht, large is 850 baht. Mixers, such as soda or Pepsi, is 50 baht each, small 250ml glass bottles. There will always be a waitress that will top up your glass. They do not go crazy when pouring the shot, they use the bottle cap as a measure. You must buy 1 food dish, minimum price is 150 baht (extensive menu and some items cost more than 600 baht). I just order nibbles like French fries or onion rings to go with my drink. That's it all night food-wise for me although I offer the girl, whom is making me comfortable, order something if she is hungry. I have read reviews where the food is good, girls outside will also order food here to eat next door (happened last time when I LT a girl, she ordered Som Tum). Ice is 50 baht. You will go through 2-3 sets of ice over the course of the night as they really top up glasses with it, especially girls sitting down with you. This helps prolong the bottle and people from getting too drunk too quickly.
Okay, once the order is in, a Papasan or Mamasan will ask if you want a girl, it's upto you. It costs 300 baht per hour to sit with you. You can try to request what you want, size, etc, but if you do not speak Thai, you are very, very limited. The first 3 times I went, only 2 girls could speak English. 1 was even the same one as I had the night before! As I am always solo, they will bring only 1 or 2 to you. If you are in a group, they will bring more for you to choose from, makes sense. You can say no. Or after they sit down, and they cannot communicate, they will leave and find you another. If you want company, you can have more than 1 sit with you. The table sofas can seat 4 comfortably and I have seen soloists choose 3 girls to play games with, he ended up taking 1 of them out. There was another whom hired one of the private rooms where you can sing and party more freely and air con too, not sure of costs, never asked as normally groups go there although I have seen a few soloists go in too. They have glass screen doors so everyone can see who is inside, this is done purposely for the protection of the girls. I have seen guys and girls dancing inside and they can comfortably seat 8 to 12 people depending on which room you choose, the smallest can seat 6 easily.
You will get asked by gogo dancers if you want a dance, it's 100 baht, but lasts like 1 minute, not worth it unless you love sucking and grabbing titties in public, and whomever else has already been at it. Not for me as I did try twice but held back with my hands down and she just dry rode me.
Costs for taking girls out for ST is 2500 baht. ST does not include the room, room is 300 baht and only a 5 minute walk in a quiet alley, I personally didn't like the place but it serves its purpose. LT is 6k or 7k, this depends on what time you take the girl out AND you need to chat to the girl to see the services provided and the time she will leave, how many times you can bang her, etc. ST is only 1 time and is 1-2 hours, again, best to discuss with the girl.
Not all girls will or can do LT, so you gotta do your homework. The gogo dancers can also sit with you if you request them however, if there is dance music and is required to dance, she will go on stage and leave you for 5-10 minutes, I really didn't like this so prefer to choose a non dancer, more committed that way.
Girls-wise, you have quite a large option to be honest. They will be sitting at random tables if quiet, if not, from the hallway towards the toilets, all along that path, so there's a minimum of 100 girls per night waiting for customers. Whether the girl you choose gets on with you will be entirely down to your own social skills, how you act, what you do, etc. This will make or break the ice. There are dice games available but in the entire store, there is only like 6 sets, one night, I was only able to get 1 set when the table next to me had 4... I have purchased 5 sets from Shopee and waiting for them to be delivered as we speak.
Some girls, pros, will know what to do. They know how to please you, stroking you, grabbing your hand and leg, etc. Others are busy on their own phones. You need to know when to let them go until you find the right one as it does make a difference. The pros, once asked to leave WILL ask for tips. They normally ask for 500 (if she has sat with you for 2 hours or more) . I found out that they only get paid 60 baht per hour, double that if a customer chooses them so yeah, some are money grabbers and I completely understand. Just make sure she earns that cash... if a real pro, she will have earned it. One night, the girl I had, went to the bathroom and took her panties off and left them in the toilet. Then once back and sat with me, grabs my hand for me to check her out. She was on the chubby side and only a 2/5 face-wise so did not take her but that's the service I prefer. She let me grab her tits and even suck on them whilst on the sofas so YMMV depending on who you get.
So, for me, when I sit for 3 hours with a small bottle of Regency and a girl sitting with me, about 6 mixers and 2 sets of ice buckets, the bill is normally 2200, I think this includes some service charge, say 10%. They auto give you a disposable napkin when you sit down, that's probably 50. You then normally give 100 tips to the girl sitting with you, unless she has asked for 500 and has done well, 100 to the Papasan/Mamasan and 100 to the girl pouring the drinks for you all night. This sets you back to 2500 to 3000. With a larger bottle, I normally sit for 4 hours and the costs are about 4k baht. Tips is upto you as if you frequent this joint like I do, the employees do remember you and treat you better. I have yet to be overcharged by stupid amounts, as I have read from other sources. I kept a rough record each time and although the bill is just written on a paper and shown to you, it's all in Thai and the price always matches what I ordered. If you are a Cheap Charlie, don't bother coming here.
The latest time (2 nights ago) , I LT a young girl, 23, from Laos. Not the prettiest but a good body on her. She said 6k and until 2pm in the afternoon, we left at around 2.45am. Unfortunately, we all drank alot so once we got to hotel, I couldn't keep it up so we went for food. She was drunk, so after food, she slept till 12.10pm... Tried banging her but she was just too tight, could only finger her a little then told me room was only until 12 so we checked out ASAP after she gave me a HJ and came all over her B cups. She was more of a GF experience which she was okay but I think she was very unexperienced as she said she had only worked at Tded for 2 months. Never again am I going to LT a girl after drinking a bottle, just not worth it, rather ST a girl. Learn from my mistakes, all.

In conclusion, some tips. Try to get a mamasan to get you a table. The Papasan I got, Papa "Jung", grabbed my bottle and just poured some into a glass, added mixer then drank without even asking me or cheers to me. I found it rude but as a chilled guy, I let it slide. Last time, the waitress asked if she could join in with the games I was playing, she also drank from my bottle but at least she asked. I have yet to have a girl sit with me ask for Ladies Drinks. They knew I had a bottle. Worst case was, they ordered another type of mixer without asking me first, hell, as long as they drink with me, all good! It is probably why they ask for tips.
You cannot smoke at the tables but many smoke in or around the toilets. Vaping is fine at the tables, I got one specifically in BKK for these situations.
Don't stare at peeps for too long, they may take it the wrong way. Each table normally just keep to themselves. I have seen Chinese, Koreans, Indian, Whites, all come in here so feel free to check it out. I am here another 2 weeks and will still go every few nights. Even if you came for an hour or two for 2 beers and no girls, it's still going to be less than 500 baht. The dancers are not the best at enticing you and there is a candle show later at night. Just a cool place to chill if you will. I also recommend to go around 10pm-12am. Any earlier and you may get repetitive dancers asking you if you want a show, as well as girls trying to sell you flowers. Any later and the service and choice starts to suck! This place opens until 4-4.30am daily. Easy to get a bike driver outside.
Compared to Zeed, I prefer this place. Went to Zeed once, older girls, fatter dancers, not much of a mood and it was very, very quiet. It is half the size of Tded. The girls do not speak English and the one I got, didn't even do ST!
