Dodgy doctor Grant Woo banned for bizarre sex exams on naked patients
DOCTOR Grant Woo has been banned from practicing after admitting that he performed bizarre sexual examinations on naked female patients.
He tricked one woman into letting him internally examine her after convincing her he needed to touch an internal acupuncture pressure point to treat her hormone imbalance.
Dr Woo persuaded another female patient to let him insert a mixture of Chinese herbal powder into her vagina after he told her he needed to do so to treat her digestive problems, the Herald Sun said.
He also massaged a naked female patient's nipples after telling her he needed to do so to "stimulate hormones".
The Chinese Medicine Registration Board took action against Dr Woo, who operates Woo's Chinese Medicine in Chapel St, South Yarra.
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal cancelled his registration to practice and found him guilty of unprofessional conduct.
Chinese Medicine Registration Board president David Halstead said the public needed to be protected from people like Dr Woo, and praised VCAT for cancelling his registration.
"Using a patient for personal sexual gratification is totally reprehensible and one of the worst breaches of trust," Mr Halstead said.
"The board relies on patients reporting suspect conduct so that it can take appropriate action.
"This long investigation into Dr Woo's conduct involved three patients spanning 10 years."
The VCAT hearing was told Dr Woo had more than 4000 registered patients and that he had been registered as an acupuncturist and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner since 2002, but also treated patients before that.
Dr Woo admitted performing internal examinations that were unnecessary and therapeutically inappropriate.
He also admitted directing a female patient to strip naked and that he didn't properly obtain her consent prior to examining her internally, after telling her there was an acupuncture point inside her, and massaging and squeezing her nipples.
Expert witnesses told the hearing there were no acupuncture points in the vagina.
VCAT ruled there was no clinical justification for his internal examinations "and that he carried out these activities for his own sexual gratification".
It banned him from re-applying for registration for two years.

Thanks for reporting. Dr.Woo is not a real Shi Fu (Master) as he didn't get to insert his LB into the Lotus Flower.

Earlier this year in HK a Fung Shui Shi Fu had 9 FS sessions with a 17 year old HK model who wanted to get ahead and famous. Hong Kong, Jan 21 (DPA) A bogus feng shui master who duped a teenage Hong Kong model into having sex with him to get rid of her bad luck was jailed Thursday for six years and nine months.

Truck driver Au Yeung Kwok-fu, 55, told the 19-year-old her career would pick up if she allowed him to perform a chanting ritual over her naked body and then have sex with her on nine occasions.

The teenager said she became suspicious the ninth time she had sex with him in a rented flat in 2007 because she was still failing to get modelling assignments.

She asked Au to stop but he insisted her bad luck would only continue unless she allowed him to finish, according to testimony at his trial at Hong Kong’s district court.

The teenager gave Au “lucky money” packets, paying him 200 Hong Kong dollars ($25) the first time she had sex with him.

She eventually reported him to police when she discovered she was pregnant and had an abortion.

Married Au, who was introduced to the model by her manager, was convicted Jan 4 of nine charges of using false pretences to procure a person for unlawful sex. He had pleaded not guilty.

In sentencing Au, judge Stanley Chan told him a deterrent sentence was needed because he had shown no remorse and had abused his victim’s trust to fulfil his own personal desires.

In a related article in the Chinese press (which loves to report the gaudy details), the model reportedly gave him a BBBJ and CIM with a full swallow. The Shi Fu's flowing Qi was what she needed to extract as part of her 'treatment'.

I read a long time ago some Taoism on sex.  Because every time a guy cums, he is basically losing vital life essence (Qi) so the shifu is basically right.  But to restore his essence balance, one of the ways is to daty a girl and absorb her Qi as she cums.

HK Chinese are very superstitious and some would do anything to change their luck. The agency sent lots of their clients to the Shi FU before but this young model was probably so cute, the Shi Fu could not resist giving her the 'special treatment'. Have heard of many similar stories in HK of such practices.

Maybe we should have another section for the Shi Fus to offer their services for the working girls.  And along side have some offering lessons to the mongers who are interested in learning this great practice.  hehe.

I'd imagine being a truck driving and making all that extra money on the side, he would be smart enough to know that you would rather pay a WG than to take the risk he did and have sex with a model.  And to get her pregnant is going a bit too far.

In another case, a young wife with a terminally sick husband went to have sex with a shi fu twice a week, giving him US$1,000 per session because the shi fu told her she must do this as part of her husband's treatment. This lasted for nearly a year and the woman had sex with him over 20 times, paying nearly US$30,000 for 'Treatments' and portion. She only reported the case to the police when her husband died. The Shi Fu told her the husband will never die as long as the woman continues to have sex with him and paid for the treatment. The Shi Fu had the audacity to say that the reason the husband died was because the wife did not have timely sex with him and thus the treatment was not complete. All ridiculous but true.

That is completely ludicrous.  I can't believe the woman would fall for that.  But it's also very very sad because the woman was only willing to have sex with the Shi Fu believing he was the last resort to save her husband.  The bastard Shi Fu is abusing a woman who absolutely loves her husband to death.  You can tell the love is very deep to be paying $1,000 US Dollars per session and to ultimately give herself just to save her husband.
