Hello guys,

Firs time user of the site and of the services. I wen last night to a walk in and the girl called the police because she was saying the time was over (which was not but this is the least of my worries at the moment). Police checked my id and took a note of my name / address. Then they said they will just record a dispute and that is it. Do you think i should be of this incident reaching my employer or in any other way affect me?

This is is a bizarre story.  There must be more to it than just this.  No WG calls the police because you are 5 minutes over.  LE are not the friends of WGs -- they are often their enemy.

I assume she is a local HK girl?  (She obviously must have been legal to work in HK).  

So what really happened?  Why didn't you just leave instead of waiting around for the police?  Did you pay her?  

Please explain in a bit more detail what happened...

Its my first post because I joined specifically to ask about this and if someone had any similar experience as to if the police recording my ID/Address can come back to bite me in the ass.

The girl had an HKID. Nothing out of the ordinary happened as far as I can tell. I paid for 45 minutes and the girl tried to stop around 20 telling me to finish or leave. Police came literally in two minutes in which it did no occur to me to leave in a rush since i did not do anything wrong to begin with. The girl did not speak good English. My best guess is that when I was trying to explain to her that I payed for more time she thought I was trying to pull something off, no sure really (I paid her up front by the way). Even the police was a bit puzzled and in the end hey told me there is nothing to report but still got my data ofcourse.

Putting all that aside, has anyone had any outfall from the police recording his data?

It does seem very odd.  Two minutes?  What did she say on the call that made the response time so fast?  It sounds like they thought there was a crime in progress.

Ok, we seem to be getting a little off topic here. If there was a crime or a serious accusation I would not be posting here to ask what they do with this data, I would be consulting with a lawyer. 2 Minutes equals after i tried to explain to her the duration, realized that it is not happening, washed and started to put my clothes on. Police arrived as i tied my shoe laces. Even the police in the end told me they categorized the whole thing as a dispute, meaning they did not accuse me of anything but even acknowledging any of the two could have been he party at fault. This does not concern me and I am surprised i sounds so suspicious o everyone. Does anyone have any experience with what i am actually asking, which is:

Even if you are not charged / accused of something it seems they still have to collect your data as they did with me and with her. Does this data actually go anywhere? Is it accessible by others (employers etc...). Anyone who knows anything on the matter can you please advise, any info is greatly appreciated.

It doesn't sound like they are going to file a report because they didn't take you to the station or have you sign anything.  Probably, the data is just so if you do something else they have a record.

However, I have no direct experience with this.  The story seems odd because nothing like this has been reported beore (that I can remember).

All that being said... never accept legal advise or medical advice from this forum.

Reading between the lines there seems to be a dispute between one shot and two shots. Usually these places only offer one shot.

For what it is worth --- I did get into a police issue (in a punting situation, neighbors called in a noise issue when I was with 3 tourist-visa WGs!!  Frickn scary!)) where they recorded my name/HKID.  Nothing ever came of it.  Not sure what they did with my data at the end of their shift.  

Hehe, I told that tale here long ago:  "my Craziest Punting Nite ever" or something like that. What anite!!!

It was just a FI or Field Interview.  LE notates everything in case later they need it.  Good chance your info is sitting in the briefcase of some patrolman and will never see the light of day.

More importantly, which girl did this?  If you don't let us know that, you lose any credibility with me for sure.

Bro, buying sex is legal in Hong Kong as long as you have the sex with the person who receives all the money.  
Selling sex is also legal as long as you have the right to work in Hong Kong are both of legal age and neither of you is certified insane.  
Having a disagreement is also legal as long as there is no damage to property nor harm to individuals.  

Police get called to a lot of incidents, the majority of which are resolved on the spot ... it sounds to me like your incident is about as serious as a traffic jam.  

Certainly paying up front is a bad idea.  It's not required, not expected, and those providers that insist are unlikely to provide full service afterwards.  Caveat emptor.  

You did the right thing to cut your losses and go - it's not worth a cat fight.  

Having said that, we do request more information - who was the girl, what was the deal, what happened before the disagreement.  If she's 'trigger-happy' you should share more.

In all my years with walk ups I have never heard of a walk up WG calling the le due to a disagreement with her john ... they will call her friends near by or her pimp if she has one but not the le !  they don't want to have their place recorded as a trouble spot !

as for you being noted in the write up book of the le officer talking to you ... you don't need to be worried about that unless a few days/weeks later something else happened at that time that wasn't reported truns up and the police needs to question people who was in that area at that time

It was in Tai On building, i think number 205. I was expecting to see another girl inside but went in anyways. Dont know the name of the girl that was actually in. As someone mentioned, my mistake was probably paying her up front, and no it was not a dispute between one and two shots, it was a dispute between one and no shot. Anyway, I am a bi relieved to hear some of you say the data being recorded in those situations are not used in other ways. Obviously this was not a serious incident, which ofcourse would make getting into trouble for it even worse. Thanks everyone for your answers and wish you safe walk in visits, that experience probably killed it for me.

Uncle Gherk's advice for these situations, which is worth exactly what you paid for it:

Don't make trouble, and if someone else makes it, do whatever is necessary to exit the situation without trouble. If this means paying your fee and not being serviced, do it. Then publicize it and never return. Whatever you've paid for a session, it isn't worth being arrested for, being beaten up for, being harassed for, or being scared for. Feel free to say "no", but if a dispute arises, settle it in a way that will allow you to exit completely unscathed, without encountering forces beyond your control. Chalk it up to experience, and move on.

Above all, avoid situations that are likely to lead to trouble, such as going with touts off the street in unsafe cities (Shanghai, for example).

I am curious as to why would the police take down your address. What kind of ID were you carrying that has address on it? I have been checked so many times for ID check over the years and all they needed was the HKID number or passport number to confirm with immigration I was here legally or that I was not wanted by any authorities.

... But I was being stupid and the beitch was crazy. I came in to her walk up and she came forward to give me a hug and entice me to stay. I gave her a squeeze and fondled her tits for a second to check size and droop. She was a bit chunky for me and I said no thanks and turned to leave. She flipped out and demanded that I pay 100 for touching her. She was batshit crazy and I was stubborn as hell. She dragged me into the room, slammed the door and bolted it.  I tried to get out but she was fighting me. I'm big enough that I could have slapped her or hit her, but I didn't want to hurt anyone. She won't let me out! I finally called the police. They came and took down my passport details (no HKID) and let me go. I never heard anything more.  

Personally I won't be concerned. When cops show up they almost always take down the individual's details in their little notebooks. Probably it never even gets transcribed into a computer.

I've been id'ed in Hong Kong once. Nothing more than a note in a notebook. Nothing came of it. Just the coppers doing their job

When the economy was down during '98 I had a girl latch on to my arm in the open streets of MK saying that she wouldn't let go unless I gave her $100.

I know and have mingled with a few HK Police officers, I would say the OP's "report" was shortly round-filed at the end of his shift.  As a matter of fact, I'd also bet good money that the OP's "story" doesn't even rate re-telling at dim-sum with his squad-mates the next day.

Really - Go to the Splash Bar which used to be other names in the past.

One table is off duty police, one is lawyers and one is hookers. And they all mingle together.
