Do you mean in a Macau sauna, Bangkok sauna, or HK sauna, or Taiwan sauna? It makes a difference where in the world you're talking about, for the following reason.
If the sauna itself has a policy of allowing girls to be taken home by customers, then you just ask either the girl and then talk to (and pay) the sauna (via a manager of some kind).
But if not, then it's basically just a deal between you and the girl. In that case, you bring whatever game you have, and eventually end up just asking. Some will say yes. Some will talk about money. Some will say no.
How much money? Depends very much on which country/city you are in.
My own personal preference in Macau and HK is to first establish a connection with the girl, then exchange phone numbers for SMS, which demonstrates a modicum of trust. Then simply ask one of several possible questions: Would you like to get together after your shift; would you like to get together at my hotel before work tomorrow; would you like to join me for dinner/lunch. The best experiences I've had have been where money is *never* discussed. But when it's time for her to leave at the end of your fun, you give her a "gift" of whatever seems right based on which country/city you are in. In Macau, for overnight, I do $1500HKD, though many others do $1000. Note that line-up girls are more likely to ask for more money than my favorites, which are lounge girls. But I go more for connection and GFE than stunning looks. This is great for me, since my preference (connection) is cheaper than many bro's preference (looks). A girl with a nice smile and a great hug is plenty pretty for me.
