This defence is also contrary to well accepted common law defences such as provocation and insanity, so this is a hoax. Bros - you don't have to worry that your wives can legally kill you. However, most people that envinces an intention to kill don't care whether the killing is legal or not, so nothing stops your wife from killing you and your lover illegally.

Take the Nancy Kissel case of 2003 who murdered her husband. She was sentenced to life imprisonment for drugging her husband and then bludgeoning him to death. He was known to be a womanizer as well but this was never used as evidence. Nancy is a real bad ass but the case may be retried later this year on other grounds.
