Angeles City: When do girls come back from Xmas Break?

Hey guys, I may be planning a trip to Angeles city early January and I have heard that many of the girls go home for Xmas break. As a result many bars close down and the ones that remain open have to consolidate those girls that stay behind.

Anyone have any past travel experiences over the holidays? I really would like to go when the bars are back to full capacity and the crazy times resume  I may plan a trip there Jan 1st-8th after I spend New Years in HK. Thanks for your help.
