Because of Macau's profitable gambling industry and generous Government subsidies, there's no poverty and as such no motivation to lead local girls to the oldest profession. There's also no significant drug scene that might lead addict girls to prostitute themselves. The overwhelming majority of prostitutes in Macau are Mainland Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Filipino, Thai or Russian.

This said, there's no local girls in Saunas.

If you really want to get into a local's panties, you have two choices: either go to a nightclub such as DD3 or Cubic and, if you're good looking and lucky enough, you might get a freebie local. Otherwise, try the low cost pensions in the Inner Harbour area West of San Ma Lou Avenue. Most WG's there are mainlander, though you might get luck and find a local. Goes without saying that if you indeed find one there, she will most likely be neither young nor pretty.
