In the Chinese Forum, where I also post occassionally, I'm also relatively a newbie, I post my reports in the same format as the Seniors there and I get very few points for my reports, whilst their similar quality reports get 300-500 points, I don't complain about inequality, I don't belong to any group there, I annoy the Seniors there because I think some of them are real jerks, I speak up for the newbies there, I even told the Admin to fuck off, it's also very difficult to climb up the corporate ladder there but I soldier on because I know I will get there "eventually". Skyscrappers aren't built overnight, it just takes time.
