Every morning I wake up and spend 30 minutes browsing the forum and going through the 10 odd telegram groups.. Then around lunch time follow the same routine for 15 minutes.. Then again at tea time, spend few minutes Finally before sleeping spend 30 minutes... I just can't keep off the TG groups especially.. If it’s making you happy great, if it’s disrupting other parts of your life maybe look to limiting your time. If the time you’re spending on any hobby is worrying you, it’s might be useful to reduce your time spent doing it. Maybe visit once a day for a set time etc. Using a specific device to access and leaving it at home (like you say you’re already doing). If you’re worrying you’re addicted, that’s actually a good sign as it means you’re still in control of the situation so you can change any negative behaviours. Maybe try another hobby or activity for a while, even just walks or reading to distract you and give you another outlet Good luck
