where to buy a dental mouth gag

Hi folks, Homer here

Tried shopping for below Dental Mouth gag - checked wiht my dentist and these common toyshops in HK. Either sold out, or not part of their product portfolio. Anyone seen this in a shop in HK?
Mail order is not an option.

Jet, seeing these clowns I will be forever afraid of them.... so big thank you....saves me lot of money on circus tickets.

@ twice: i planned to practice dental surgery of course. Use the meat drill to drill deep down and fill up with white liquid once done.

Actually the girl i am seeing now, her mouth is just no wide enough to take me all in. never seen such a narrow mouth before
