First, I've experienced 5 or 6 floor girls over the years. All save one were full tilt upsellers. Not a recommendation from me on that approach.

I would live off P411 and go after quality. I also enjoy WYP in Vegas.

For all the expectations, Vegas is not an easy place to punt. I lived there a number of years and was most always disappointed.

Jetsetting I have been approached once in Vegas.  It was in the connection shopping area walking between the Palazzo and the Venetian.  Downstairs.  Lots of upscale clothing stores, restaurants, etc.  It was evening time and my ex-GF had just ducked into some store along the way.  A WG with a color of skin that does not appeal to me asked if I needed anyone to go with me back to my room.  As I recall there were other similar looking ladies along that route.

I used to go there twice a year for work conventions.  Stay at a nice hotel-casino (as we all do) and occassionally get hit on by the working gals.   The prices they quoted (many years ago) was crazy...  like 500+ or something.

I havent bothered in years.  Which is sad..., as this IS my kinda scene....

When I was in the US, I knew a lot of serious mongers who traveled extensively.  I don't remember aa single one ever saying anything positive about the LV punting scene.

In Vegas right now,  people everywhere...  How the hell do u tell the civvies from the pro's?  All the girls dressing like high priced talent.  Got SO with me so just enjoying the eye candy and the guessing game.

From my research it seems, the Pro's (Casino Girls) are usually the ones either alone, or in small 2-3 person groups, "at" the machines, but not really "playing" the machines.  Prime spots are the casino-floor-center bars, high-flow spots like where the casino-floor meets pedestrian walkways and garage-parking walkways.  They tend to be the ones who are dressed slightly less "hooker"-ish so as to avoid undue attention from casino-floor security.  Nothing the casino hates more competition for visitor/guest's money.

Also, the elevated pedestrian walkways are prime spots they ply their trade.

Yes indeed.  As Jet says.  Go sit at a center bar alone late-ish (after 11pm I guess) in a spot that would be "approachable" and one will likely come to you.  Or just browse the well-dressed solo gals in the bar area (or the slots near the bar area)...  the WGs will make and hold eye-contact in the familiar WG-way.  

The last time I was there for a convention I stayed at the LVH (attached to the  LVCC, but it has a new name now that I cant remember:  was the Hilton, then the LVH, and now something new).  Anyway, the large bar near the Monorail entrance seems to have become a regular (less hidden) spot for them.  Was obvious...  but I was with too many work colleagues so didnt chat to determine current pricing.

Yeah, will have to come back here with a bro friend.  Saw a couple of babes land their dates outside LINQ, very low key, and only noticeable as I was specifically looking for it.

Bros, so Jet has been in Vegas the last few days.  Didn't really have time to monger, visited a former WYP acquaintance, and had biz obligations at night.  But...

Last night, Jet learned a lesson about WeChat in Vegas.  

Now, the Pros are pretty easy to pick out.  They'll jump at you for obvious reasons--photos are super-seductive, and always reference to romance & money.  So, Jet thought he'd give it a shot.  Within 5-10 minutes Jet had responses from a few WeChat freelancers.  After chatting with one hot one, agreeing on full suite of services at $400/hr, making clear no upselling would be tolerated, arranged for her to show up at my hotel.  Actually had to go down to the lobby elevator area to let her up--as you need to show a key in Vegas to get upstairs.

Sure enough...girl was NOT the one in the photos...way LESS hot...in fact not HOT, but more GND, but big rack.  Still, came this far, decided to see how it played out.  Got to the room, poured a drink for each of us, then went on to reconfirm our deal.  I explained I had agreed-upon comp in an envelope, to remain out in the open until time was up.  

Spidey-senses was already telling this was going to be a full of fail experience.  But, let her speak her spiel.  Indicated that the agreed-upon was the base price, shared between her and a mamasan (okay, she wasn't independent as she suggested on WeChat), and that services would be based upon a tip (...upselling already).  Ready to kick her out...but I refrained and asked "how much tip" (just curious)... Said it would be about $200... and that would get 35 minutes...

So, Bros, Jet was simply entertained.  I went back to explain to her I hope she finds suckers who would agree to her upselling, shake-down bullshit...  Chatted about how busy she'd been today and this week.  Thanked her for her time, and for educating me.  Gave her a $20 for her taxi and troubles and politely showed her the door....

Then, within, not more than 15 minutes had gone by after she left than two more "WeChat" independents hit me up.

My first reply to both was:  show me a real-time photo now, then we can talk, or bye-bye.  One replied "bye".  The other replied "Oh, I heard about you."  

All the Las Vegas WeChat "freelancers" are all apparently networked in some manner, and are total shakedown, upsell, bullshitters.  BE WARNED: Do not bother with WeChat Pros in Las Vegas!

I learned a lesson that cost me wasted time and $20.  Don't waste yours...

Lol. Getting blacklisted by con-artist, upselling WG's I suppose is actually Benefit, not Cost in the larger mongering equation.
