Coming to HK

Although I spent half my life in HK, I cannot say that I am very experienced in the mongering scene, in fact, I have no experience what so ever when it comes to HK.
I'll be landing in HK in the next couple of days and would love to explore this side of HK which I've never seen before.
Anyways, I have pretty much set my sights on Wan Chai, but my question is, I have an apartment in HK, but its quite far from the HK islands, so would it be ideal to rent out a hotel room and see where the night takes me? I'm quite nervous, as I have yet to pop my cherry in the mongering world.
Would love any hints and tips that anyone can provide and also, is it not ideal to be a lone wolf when it comes to hunting? Thanks for your help in advanced!

Hi Treytt,

I would recommend getting a hotel in or close to WanChai.
My experience is it is easier to hunt as a lone wolf than in a pack... Having said that I have done both many times.

Just take your time, enjoy a beer at the bar and I guarantee a WG will approach you.
As it is your first time you may want to do some research here on market prices so you are not taken for a ride.

Look forward to your first report.
