New to Macau Saunas

Bros

I'm new to this Macau sauna scene - never been actually.  Got any advice, what to do?  I heard to buy packages from shun tak but I'm in Macau already...which sauna is good to visit and any procedures/things I should know - newbie here.

East/East Castle: for the best girl quality at the moment
18 - for the huge lineup
Rio - for the best food and facilities
Golden Pond - for the best cost performance
Darling 1 - not a sauna but a bathing place. for the history and the best thai girls

The basic procedure is to wait for the show that happens every hour. Then take down the number of the girls you are interested and talk to the manager. Then things will happen

Is Rio the one with the huge bath area with japanese style stalls for the vietnamese girls to wash you down? Fuck I love that place, came so much in such a short time. I had some young girl wash me in a milk bath afterwards too
