The Sunset Theatre started early like 10am and you pay a fix price, free seating and they played 3 movies back to back. At the time it was quite a novelty as there weren't that many videos of porn on sale. There was a chain of Pussycat Theaters in California and from the newspaper listings, I recall these theaters were all over the place but the Sunset Blvd Theatre was the flagship. I know the next time I'm in a regular cinema and my shoes stick to the floor I know I'm gonna flash back on this thread and for a brief second wonder if that really is coke on the floor
