I have always wondered what kind of training these new HG girls go through?  Does the mamasan or female minder put on a class for the less initiated and show them the routine?  Do the girls get broken in by the papasans?  I have seen a couple of papasans (accidentally and not by their choice) and I can say they do not look that attractive, sure to turn a newbie off... Xiao, you have been around long enough to figure that out, so -1A. 2. They are trained by Geoduck. (see China report section) 3. I think in some cases the PPS or MMS at least explains what to do and how to do it. I would also think some of the girls discuss different things. 4.
