I remember when they updated the forum, I could not post anything for a while because it was telling me something about my email address (perhaps it was validating) but for the life of me, I can't remember right now... When I reply to things, there is a 回應 button on the bottom left of each post. But if I am making a new post, I click on the 發帖 button at the top left of the thread

But anyway I will venture into this link provided by skinny and see how things turn out. If no luck again I will open a new account. I don't think I need to use the translation but many thx for the thoughtfulness. angst you are spot on, I never came across a button that says 回應 when I browse into whatever threads. I only see the number of 回應 a thread has accumulated. I guess that means my account does not entitle me to 'reply'. Interestingly I see the 發帖 button everywhere but obviously I am not allowed to start a new thread with my current status, hence I keep getting 對不起，你無權在該版塊發帖
