The shatin area is pretty slim pickings. There is 1spa place thou not of high quality.

Nothing mate. Residential area. Head northwards is industrial complex area with some restaurants etc but hardly anything exciting punt-wise. Not that I'd try- never shit where you eat! (Learnt that lesson a long time ago!)

Interesting though Fotan is mostly a sizeable industrial area, it doesn't have a sauna/spa that I know of. If you look at most old industrial areas in HK, there would be at least 1 or 2 saunas that had competent masseuses and FS available. I figured there were established for the HK factory owners to take their clients to conduct business or at least for the bosses to relax after a hard day.
