im new to hong kong mongering, and it seems alot here are more experienced than I.
I used to live in prague, so know the ins and outs of european scene (those with questions please feel free to ask). but know from experience, there are some places that make you feel welcome, and others that welcome you to leave.

I have my best friend coming to visit me in a few weeks, and he is my mongering buddy (finally i get to try those disco bars without looking lonely).I am a bit concerned that he/we will be turned away by WU's or get unfavorable looks from some of the girls in places like neptune, etc. However, he is african-american, and I have heard that asian women are more wary of black guys because of sterotypes they see in the american media. i say this, because I too am mixed, but appear more lndonesian than black, but even still I notice people "noticing me", especially when visiting the mainland, and i have had 1 or 2 girls tell me sex is not available in hong kong, when there is a price list for sex clearly posted on her wall. (reports will follow shortly)

can anyone (ideally with first-hand knowledge) let me know what the deal is here, what are the working girls'real perception of us "tanned" people and whether its advisable to go mongering with my bud in HK, or just hop in a plane and head to thailand for a weekend?

I have heard from some indian friends of mine that if they approach places like netpunes 2 or escape in a group (say 5 or more) they can get turned away or asked to pay a cover charge.

I have been to these places with indian, white, black and chinese friends and have never noticed any favouritism other than for who has the biggest wallet.

If you act aggressive or too tight on the cash, then the girls will back off.  Show some respect, have fun, realise these girls are technically at work and hence need the odd drink or two bought for them and I'm sure the pair of you will have a great time.

Without getting into the debate again - which i dont have an opinion of either way - btw. There are threads on this if you do a 'Search'.

First thing I would suggest is that you edit the title of your thread from "back guys" to "Black guys" to catch the eye of those who ARE themselves black - or have had experience in regards to punting with black guys.

I only peeped into your thread as I was curious about the title - which as it stands, is nonsensical to me.

I agree with Seja. The black-asian skin contrast is such a turn-off, only personally speaking. I have seen asian girls walk with black men (not many exist) and they get so many stares of disgust and appall over where I live. Sometimes the girl is literally walking behind the man who has to hold her hand and drag her or literrally using that tactic to hide behind the black man. Ahh, what women will do for money Just sharing my experience on this topic.

You say where you are from its disgusting and appalling to see Asian girls with black men ... please tell us where you are from !

and if you want to share your experiences ... I have asked you many times to post a report on your mongering instead of your disgust

If you are refering to me when you mentioned seja - then I want to state categorically that I have never even hinted at what you are saying.

And why is it that I see that you are making all sorts of provocative statements and posts all over the forum - designed specifically to provoke heated discussions and flame wars. I say you are a troll and the sooner you get banned the better the forum would be without you.

I believe in the maxim to never feed the troll - but I think in your case, I believe it useful to expose you for what you are.

Don't mind my comments, I didnt mean any harm. It was simply my point of view. I am brave enough to use my right of freedom of speech, which does exist here right? Various surveys also reflect asian womens dislike of black skin. I believe I am correct on my view, considering the minority of asian women with a black man. This minority is way too small to consider. This minority too probably has people with unique circumstances. i.e. want for money, or raised overseas etc. Seriously, out of a spotless room why do you want to pick on the dirt in the corners?

Just share us more about your experiences! It seems you are trying to tell that black men and asian women are a disgusting sight... unless you tell us where this is happening, I take it as coming from your personal opinion.

Guys, I think he is just playing with us!  I don't think he is being serious. Best to not take the comments like 'dirt in the corner' seriously or even better ignore them.

Sure we all have freedom of speech but that also includes the right to reply and / or ignore when we see something we feel is pretty offensive.

No i am not trying to cause any offence. All over the world it can be frowned upon. Not just the USA. I have travelled the big cities of this world and seen this (very few times though as not many such couples exist), and it is a matter of personal opinion also. We cant be ignorant to that. Couples like that do generally get 2nd looks.

I have a friend who is French but of African decent. Him and I go punting together all the time, that is until he got this disease called Onegina.. lol... he no longer goes punting with me but WHEN he did, we used to go to China (Zhuhai) and he didn't usually have a problem. He's been turned down a small handful of times by the girls but other than that, it's never been a real issue. Granted I know the place pretty well so I haven't had any issues at that particular establishment but I have been charged extraordinary prices with my white friends at other establishments. I guess it's a hit and miss.

Safest bet, in my opinion, is to go to Macau (I have brought or been brought to all sorts of diff SNs in Macau by Black, Caucasian, Indian, etc... friends and none of them have ever been turned down) or, like you say, head out to Thailand (or Philippines) and I'm sure you won't have any issues there.
