I can safely assume from your record of comments made so far by you that you are not based in Hong Kong. In Hong Kong, most (but not every) foreigners who are based here, especially the gweilos (caucasians), know about wanchai's seedier parts, lkf, sauna girls, brothels, and potentially dodgy massage places, and this website - Sex141.

Look at the pic, it is obvious the guy is over 6'3", is white, is of a certain build, and a certain age. There is a good chance one of his buddies who is a member of this site may know who he is. And we do know that some of the lurkers of this site are SO who are suspicious of their men. Hence most models in the massage places ads are the other masseuses of the establishment. Very rarely do I see guys, any ethnic group.

So as a HK-based foreigner, why would he want to take the risk and model in an massage place's advert that will be placed in Sex141? I could only think that he did so because he didn't know the pics would be posted here in an advert, did it as kicks as he was just visitor in town, or maybe possibly he is an investor in this massage place...

At least to a reader, seeing a foreigner in the pic does indicate the place is def foreigner-friendly and possibly speaks decent English.
