Found agent contact in TG group.  Decided to give it go given location.  For a small spa - i have to say it is super discreet, while quite spacious and clean inside.  

No wait time.  Agent was responsive.  Upon arriving there was only 1 girl there - apparently the one I booked.  The spa has 2-3 rooms, and a very small waiting area.
