I suppose most of us would put in a tip if the punt is not shitty or just to round up the amount as tip.

Do you tip more the first time trying a girl and know that she is long term in HK/will return regularly?

Or do you tip more to the regular WG you have built up a connection with?

Yes, I usually tip when the service is good (except Fs sauna where tipping is not the habit), even if i know there's little chance is see the girl again.
But i know punters that never ever tip as a rule, and are actually not happy about overtipping mongerers.

If i plan to see the wg again, i might be a little bit more generous, but not to much as the girl will expect the same tip or more for next encounters.

But the interaction between a wg and a punter is a game to be played, to each is own strategy and goals.
So tipping is just one of the many facets.

I tip occasionally depending on the service received. If the service is a simple wham-bam-thankyou-mam encounter then I won't tip. If the girl goes the extra mile to please me and doesn't complain then I will usually tip. It's uncommon for me to visit the same girl twice but when I do I will usually pay the same rate I did the first time

I'm in China so generally there are guidelines for each place if you can get communication going. Some are written by you on the girls docket and add to your bill, and the girl will help by writing what she thinks she deserves

As to a regular? I tip well, very well if she is regular. For one if helps her clear her calender for me and meet at times she may not be on duty. But mostly because if she is a regular, its for a reasong that she goes beyond the usual effort/gfe/filthiness/rule-breaking/vaginal-clenching (delete or add as appropriate for a tip total). It is rarely about looks, all about attitude.

I recently gave a regular a tip-rise when I found out a younger and prettier girl in the same place was getting more for less skills and service. There's no way my regular deserves less. For context I've been going to her for over 7 years and she continues to get better consistantly. She has hinted more than once she would let me be her sponsor, which would be fun I cannot accept, but I do care she does well.

I do most of my punting in Bangkok and always with bar girls. If I find a good one that I want to repeat with I will always tip 500 -1000 baht especially if she is one of the very popular girls as she will be more than willing to drop a punter when I pop in. If she is with a regular she will at least come up for a quick chat and organise another time to see me.

It depends on how well the WG services me.  If she is good then I will give her a tip, I will also tip them if they are really nice to me and generally try to make a connection during chitchat.  As that adds to the experience.

Agree for me it's all about the service levels and attitude of the girl.  

Will tip a good walk-up HK100, a good sauna girl the same. With freelancers, it depends on the rate for an overnight and how energetic they are sorting out the morning glory upon waking up - if they are in for a double session in the morning as opposed to a wham bam to get out quickly, I have gone up to HK500
