Why do Indonesian's tend to go bareback?  Cultural difference?  Lack of education?  Brown little sex-pots? No wait they all are, but still - Why?

Well first, let's ask if the premise is true?  Like most of us, I've been offered BB services, but in my experience it seems less associated with a specific racial group.  At first I would have thought it was that the lower economic rung, less professional girls were just the ones doing but in fact I've gotten the offer from college educated CMTs in the U.S. too.

How big is your sample size and is this just a hunch or do you have any way to quantify your sense about Indonesian girls?

Well...most SE asians are not Catholic, with the exception of the PI (80% catholic), Indonesia is 3%, Thailand is less than 1%.  The most BB offers I have had were from Indos and Thais and Cambodians.  I think it is less cultural and more about sophistication/education.  I am guessing that if the Pope made a list of sins there would be a lot of space between fucking married men for money multiple times a day and using a condom!

Pretty much EVERY regular I've had - whether they are from PRC, PI, Indo, Thailand - has offered me BB (ie:  just tried to jump on without capping after a BBBJ).  This almost NEVER happened in the west (Europe or N.America) so it is an Asian thing, in my opinion.

My guess is that the fear of STD's has just not been drilled into them hard enough.  Remember, before AIDS became a huge scare in the '80s condom use during casual sex in North Amercia/Europe was low aswell.  The media went nuts over AIDS in the 80's and totally changed the dynamic of casual sex --- and condom use went thru in the roof.  That's what it took to get us using condoms.

Seems this fear has not been drilled into the WGs of Asia as strongly.  

It is certainly not a "catholic" thing as only PI girls are likely to be catholic and just as many muslim Indo's, or Buddist Thais, have been eager to jump on BB.  In my experience, religion is not a factor.

As has been suggested its probably mainly down to education.

If you take a society such as the west with high levels of sex ed in schools and public health campaigns most people are aware of the evil things like AIDS/HIV but even with the huge amounts of money/time pushed towards this there is still alot of confusion and misunderstanding around other virus'/diseases (e.g. herpes).

If you take away that level of education and understanding (e.g in less wealthy areas of SE Asia) and add the almighty dollar the perceived risk becomes lower (not the actual risk! - which would still be high depending on activity/opportunity). As a result the girls will take a risk that in Amsterdam would be inconceivable, but due to the lesser education, awareness and value of the repeat custom, would be acceptable in SE Asia.

Then there is the trust developing in a LT WG relationship. Never forget that a WG is a woman and will react positively to kindness and respect and will maybe try and offer something that would usually be off-limits to someone she sees as 'special'. I think the aspect that these girls might find a potential husband is a possibility also as they will have heard stories of similar girls meeting rich gents who take them away from the bars and marry and live happily ever after.

For me, I'd never go near BB with a WG as the risk is just far too great.
