Did anyone watch the Mavs vs. OKC match yesterady morning? That was an awesome comeback in the last few minutes of the 4th quarter. Nowitzki's coolness in Free Throws ..wow.
In the end the Mavs were able to stop the OKC offensive power (or they ran out of gas?) - one more win to the NBA Finala...

and they did it again... So it's Mavs vs x in the NBA Finals? Payback for 2006 series vs Miami?

Not sure if anyone caught the Bulls/Heat game...but DAMN... Lebron and Wade PURE clutch in the 4th Q... Absolute Domination!

After being so unclutch during the regular season and losing the close ones, this team could be for real now.

The way they put Lebron on Rose in the late stages for both the last 2 games, and pretty much deny the Bulls any chance.

The finals will be interesting, who gets to try to defend Dirk?

predictions on the finals outcome?  I would prefer Mavs win but I am saying Heat in 6

I'm convinced that the Heat are going to win it in either 4 or 5. I think it's obvious that the NBA wants to generate buzz in the league and the best way to do it is by creating a superteam with as much fanfare as possible (even if it's negative) and have them win it all.A few years down the road, some young team will be the anti-Miami and they'll build some great rivalry out of it (Thunder?).

I hate the heats, and dont want them to win, but boy did they show they were the team to beat afterall!

Bottom I'm with you.  My heart is for Dallas and my head for the Heat.

What a game and great comeback from the Mavs.  Hope they can finish off the Heat (and the Big 3 can strike a pose or cry to their heart's content) in Big D.

I was disappointed with bulls for the bulls vs heats match. They did so well in the first 2Q but did so badly afterwards. Heats in the other hand was able to dominate bulls in the last quarter which made the match so exciting to watch.

imo, i would say Heat will emerge as the winner.

This series is so sweet since LeBron has been almost non existent for all five games of the 4th quarter - scoring a total of 11 points (including 2 in Game 5) during crunch time.  His triple double was meaningless in a losing cause.  Another thing that is equally important is that he is NOT playing any D.  Most times he is watching flat footed as all the opposition has great looks  shooting the ball.  In his defense he has logged in the probably most minutes from the beginning of the season and the playoffs.  

What is interesting is how Wade went down with a hip injury and a simple sneeze on Dwayne can have serious repercussions for the Heat.  Credit him for getting back into the game.

Mavs are on a tear.  I hope I eat my words and Mavs takke it in 6

Well, I was proven wrong about the NBA finals, congrats to the Dallas Mavericks for winning it all 4-2 over the Miami Heat.

Yes indeed. While disappointed at the early exit of the Lakers, loss of OKC and Bulls in their respective finals....

Just straight out pleased that Miami and their so called 'three kings' lost, and Dirk AND Kidd finally got their rings.

Here's to looking forward (and hopefully having LA land Dwight Howard during free agency in a year, however unlikely that may be, heh heh)

Congrats to the Mavs for winning the Finals.

According to Hollywood Life, As rumors run wild online, Rashard Lewis went on air to set the record straight. The former member of the Orlando Magic claims he did not sleep with LeBron James' longtime girlfriend, and that he would never hurt another NBA player in that way.

This isn't the first time a woman in LeBron's life is accused of hurting his game. Last year it was his mother, Gloria James, not Savannah Brinson, being blamed for James' poor play. Speculation had it that Gloria had been sleeping with LBJ's former teammate, Delonte West. A rumor that Cavs fans have come to throw in their former King's face.

Kidd showed why he might be the best point guard ever.  He does not need to scoreuch and can still be a key factor to winning.  It was surprising after the game to hear he is third on all time three pointer list.  He did hit numerous key threes in the playoffs.
