Getting a job in HK may be difficult, but maybe some kind of a business would give me an excuse to cross the ocean from time to time. Anyone got any suggestions for a business idea that would be reasonably successful, but more importantly would give me the opportunity to travel?

I'd say the job outlook for people in the financial market is quite good, especially if you graduated from a top tier school. Are you in Business School? Oh, and the iphone/ipad app industry seems quite hot right now in Hong Kong.
