I get why you want to do her but the chances of it costing a lot more than you expect are pretty high.  There's a great saying that a friend of mine (female actually) said to me some years ago that I have never forgotten, "never cum on your own pay packet", I think that goes doubly so for a maid.

A maid presumably has access to your house/flat when you are out and can totally fuck with your life if she feels you have done the wrong thing by her. As mentioned above she can make a complaint about you to authorities or look for payback in other ways.  As a maid she knows lots about you, probably more than you think.

I've "heard" it's common but have no experience first or second hand.

A friend told me his friend had a maid and when the wife went out of town for the first time and the guy came home from work the maid was naked in the bed waiting for him.

he freaked out and ran to his neighbor's house.  The neighbor's wife went to the apartment and kicked her out.

That's the only story I've heard about bonking the maid.

I'm not a big fan of secretary/maid/employee situations at all.  It's an awesome fantasy, but in reality it is more likely to be a disaster.

Think about all the personal stuff they know about how or have access to?  You can get sued, they can all of a sudden think they are entitled to you because of the bonking and aren't just a maid/employee anymore.  It can cause a mess including lawsuits and blackmail and what not.

I would suggest keeping it a fantasy and getting those fantasies taken care of by a WG.
