Firstly go get tested, don't panic, it doesn't help.  

Next time bring your own condoms.  A good brand with good reputation.   Make sure they fit you, try one on at home before you go out.

No grinding of any kind.  No hard core sex.  Probably anal is not a good idea.

Make sure you bring or she has lube.  I sometimes even bring my own small bottle of lube.  But with an SO it is difficult sometimes.  Usually the girl at least has lube.
