Affordable presents

1) Centrum Junior (ktv girls need them.. vitamins, sweet & chewable)
2) Cute thumb-drives from City Super (for the tech savvy girls)
3) Hairbands (sauna girls love them)
4) Japanese snacks from Okashi-land (most WGs hardly eat anything, snacks with long expiry dates are good)
5) Handphone straps (get a shiny one from Swarovski, as cheap as HK$200, but the WG will always remember you)
6) China mobile top-up cards (for China WGs)
7) Instant heat packs (for winter only, the past few weeks, i've received super GFEs for giving these cheap gifts~!)
8) Cosmetics such as lip gloss, and best of all... 10-in-1 fake eyelashes from SaSa. (no WG wldn't appreciate this)
9) Hand cream/body lotion from Body Shop (sauna girls always need them)
10) Chocolates (from my experience, they love MeltyKiss and Almond Roca)
11) Lavender essential oil (most WGs don't sleep well, lavender really helps)
12) DFS cigarettes (ciggies are a burden for WG smokers, giving them as presents really "light" up their day)

13) Sunglasses (I usually buy fake Chanel ones, they can't tell the difference, and they always need it for the morning after an overnight session)
14) Diet books (WGs are constantly on a mission to lose weight; only for WGs that you have close relationship with)
15) Four-leaf clover stuff (Can get from Mongkok Ladies Street, brings good luck, WGs like anything that brings luck)

Nice stuff for your favourite WGs

1) 12-pack Bird-Nest (get from Watsons or Mannings, they usually have some nice promo, say it will give her good complexion)
2) Cosmetic from Anna Sui (WGs love purple stuff)
3) Pink pants from Juicy Couture (it's a sign of status in China)
4) Jade pendant (not the old-fashion kind, get trendy shapes like Apple-shaped, Love-shaped from CTF, say the jade will protect the WG, she will love it)

5) Iphone5 (who doesn't like it??? don't get android phones for them, too complicated for them to use, iPhone is much much easier)

Thanks for the suggestions but I think you misunderstood me, she is already in canada. I was thinking maybe some kind of game that you can sort of learn English from along the lines scrabble or boggle but that she can do by herself.

Word games pretty much require that you already know the language, scrabble / boggle / word search / cross-words are all very boring if you don't already have an above-average native-speakers' vocabulary

Language is best learned by using them ... so pretty much ANY game that requires reading will help her ... there are LOTS of kids games to promote reading, especially in the Apple universe, if she has an iPhone or iPod Touch or iPad you could gift her several of those at a very reasonable budget.

Seriously, reading kids books is the way most of us learned English
Without exception they
use simple language, with simple words and simple grammar
are written to be exciting at a slow pace, to engage slow readers
Good writers include Roald Dahl, and others.
Lots of apple apps for reading books to you also - good for checking pronunciation. Includes Dr Seuss, Thomas the Tank Engine, and others.
There are great Apps for learning chinese: you just tap on a word and it gives you the meaning and the pronunciation ... guessing they must also exist in English.

How about a collection of TinTin / Asterix / etc.? - comics are a good way to get started

Or - more seriously - you could get her a set of flash cards, with the word on one side and the picture on the other

There's a regular I'm seeing over in king hing. Poor girl referred to herself as a pig trapped in the building. Her boss won't let them go out. So literally can't go eat out or anything. Takeaways, live sleep there for a week. Wondering what I could get her to bring some joy. Walking up there with flowers would be plain weird, that said I noticed a florist on the 2nd floor I think! Lol

I got one of the girls I frequented a cheap Zippo Lighter, as she was a smoker during Christmas.  She was very happy and greatful for the gift.  She messaged me as soon as I left telling me she loves it.

It's pretty sad how some of these gals are treated. If you're looking for a gift, maybe find out how much she has to pay the bosses per hour, and "buy" a few hours of her time and take her out shopping or for a meal....? Just a thought.

One WG, in Soho London a Thai walk 'em place asked me for food. She was pretty hungry so I went downstairs to get her Chinese meal. I was a regular 'customer' for a long time.
She was pretty good, always cum in mouth. A rarity in Soho. Sadly she has gone back home to get married. Hopefully she will return as a married WG.
No, apart from this one I would as we are paying a lot of money for a service. Just be nice to them and like anything in life do not expect anything in return.

An old thread which I have not read before, excellent.

I'm a massive fan of gift giving and many suggestions above are worthwhile.  Personally I love to bring a gift for a repeat and will usually bring chocolates, t-shirts and/or face cream.  Usually from home as the girls seems to love foreign products, it also tells them you are thinking about them when you are at home.

Other than WG I have 4 DH's that I see when in HK and always try to bring them different gifts.  It can get confusing such that I now keep a register

Random act of kindness

If you are seeing some WG for a few times, sure. But what's your ulterior motive? Are you looking for a date? Or special services?

To be honest, if you have the right chemistry, you don't need a gift.

If you are looking for a date, just ask. Gift or not, the answer would be the same.

Why not give gift to some WG that you aren't interested seeing like in a 141 setting? That would actually impress the girl. Hence the title of this post.

I think curry fish ball or egg waffle are the best gifts. They are cheap and tasty as well as being HK original street foods.

I think sometimes you don't need to bring a "gift" just a food item or something.  There was a wg that I was seeing quite often and on some occasions I would bring some food like fried chicken or mcdonalds and we would enjoy it during the period we were together.  Sometimes they get so busy that they don't really have time to eat.

Its all about the thought that counts.

Yes, something simple like fruit -- a bunch of seedless grapes, perhaps -- will be appreciated (she can share it with her friends, and it won't make them fat).

I once invited a spa girl, who had been particularly nice, to lunch, but she had another appointment just after me. So I went downstairs and got her a takeaway goose on rice set with soup and a drink. First time anyone had offered to buy her food, and I think she was happy. You should  have seen the look on the faces of the other girls as this unexpected delivery person came back through the door ;-D
