#2 Post at 6-5-2011 14:55  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L i hate american airlines.  their employees have no concept of customer service.  the attitude of the stewardess are shitty, wouldn't be so bad if they are half attractive.  but most of the time, they are old, fat, and ugly too.  seems like the passenger own them.

#6 Post at 30-8-2011 04:18  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L I dont think AA is much different than most other US-based airlines.  That's why I refuse to fly any US-based airlines when i fly internationally.  The only exception is Jet Blue.  I find their flight attendants more chilled.  They're not better looking (esp since there's a lot of dudes) but they generally have better attitudes.
