We have punters going all over Hong Kong, TST and the New Territories. However how many establishments and agents are still under the radar? And of those under the radar how many are because they are too rubbish to be reported or people want to keep it to themselves? For the former my gut instinct is 70% The rest of the unreported entities I think 80 percent is because they are not worth reporting? Your thoughts guys and gals?
