I saw this online - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-G7fs72iZ6s Do you think this person did a lousy job removing the  lobster meat from the lobster. Thinking of taking a K-Girl to have this meal. But I read the comments in that video they said she did a crappy job. So I'm thinking I should go to another restaurant in the San Jose, Milpitas or Santa Clara area for a similar experience ,but a much better job removing the lobster meat from the lobster.
