Planning a trip soon and any guidance would be appreciated. The two times I walked by, I mostly saw Taiwanese WGs, around 40s. They will approach you, but you will need to know Mandarin in my experience

But not expecting much, it doesn't seem like the best option in that region. Most of the recommendations are using tea delivery or agent services (taipeifun, sogclub, fish-spa.club, many more) but you'll need Line and some reading/writing skills (or Google Translate).
