I heard that some HK saunas / spas have included all you can eat tasty food, massages, saunas and / or spas & jacuzzis and hot young ladies giving BJs for 1 all inclusive price. Is this true? If so, where? Thanks.

I feel like this is more of a Macau thing?

• I heard from HK locals that the same guy that owns all the saunas in macau also owns the biggest transplant center in the world. Macau saunas will steal your organs & you will be missing. They only steal foreigners organs because the distance & language barrier makes it difficult to investigate. Several HK locals told me go to HK saunas instead, for my safety. These locals then tell me that HK saunas have AYCE food but I haven't read any reviews saying that there is AYCE food at any HK sauna. I ask these locals for recommendations but then they clam up & give vague answers. Lol.
  
• Some USA strip clubs have AYCE food. When I was poor, I used to eat at a strip club every day because it was only 100HKD including tax & a 30% tip for AYCE strip steak, ground beef, chicken breasts, shrimp, fruit salad & dessert. Strip clubs make all their money from alcohol & stripping. The food was just a bit of extra to keep you there so you won't leave to go out to eat when you got hungry. You can keep drinking alcohol & paying for strippers nonstop. If you don't drink alcohol & refrain ftom paying girls to give you FS+BBBJ in the VIP room & just eat food, it's a super cheap way for a poor bodybuilder to eat several kgs of meat every day. Next thing you know someone will be telling me that all those massage places and saunas that have signs up saying "no sexual activity" are offering additional services!

I have been in the Macau saunas, although my information is 10 years old. They would have AYCE, but very limited selection and the buffet was not open all day only certain times of the day. You could also get unlimited beer, soft drinks and tea all day, not just during meal times.

They also had a sleeping room which I took advantage of, not wanting to take the ferry back at 3 AM.

I returned after many trips, with all organs present.

I suspect things have not changed significantly since this time.

The stuff about Macau saunas could very well be bullshit. I get the feeling that these locals are telling me a campfire story so they could laugh at how gullible I am behind my back. Lol. That's why I posted it here, for feedback from you guys (thanks). I really do have a cousin who is a surgeon in Bangkok. We'd play this game when we cruise the RLD in Bangkok called, "Spot the Ladyboy," (LB) lol. Some of these LBs are almost impossible to spot, except for the shoulders. Some women have big hands and some men, like me, have small hands, so hand size is not reliable. Also, if the LB, had hormones before puberty, then there won't be an adam's apple. BTW, I searched the forum & found a sauna that has AYCE food: Oriental Palm Spring Sauna Spa  at  Wanchai. However, other punters have said that the food is not very good so I'll stick with spas & 141 walkups instead. Thanks for the info, guys.

Complete bullshit. Just use your common sense.

Most industrial food spreads in HK, like what you'd expect to find at a sauna buffet, are mediocre quality at best. Expect tinfoil trays of spag bol, chicken wings, stuff like that. If you want a buffet in HK I'd suggest either a hotel or an Indian restaurant--neither are particularly inexpensive.
