Kind of a hidden gem of a Soapland that accepts foreigners

Local rate shows 37K on the website so a 14K gaijin tax does seen a little steep but with the ease of access and quality of service it might be worth it.  Even at 37K its on the slightly higher end for locals, if you venture outside of Tokyo or to the local neighborhoods you might even lower (of course even lower chance for a foreigner to enter).
