Prices:
it got from bad to worse!
I heard MR fees are cheap (always since 2020 Covid! ), so no downside for girls to try (some had even 4 AD).
Some (retarded) Walk-Up even had MR AD...pretending to be other "Young" girls...but with the SAME pictures (#Moron101)
Some absolutely outrageous rents in some buildings recently got "discounts". Girls cannot even pay the rents...and the AD!!!
(cynical when they were much higher, for low quality, than say Hing Loong before HK$15,000 or Phoenix HK$8,500 now)
Of course it goes without saying that empty rooms in those buildings might be filled up by illegals Thais at BARGAIN prices,
(Is HK Immigration doing their usual pre-covid checks?)
LE visitors may take "advantages" of ...such "bargains" and have chats with landlords
....just in case there was some burglaries in those buildings to "investigate" (rings bell Jan 2024 ?)
While for a while, prices were steady.
Now they have breaking ranks. Those dams are crushed.
Whatever your dreams & fantasies, it cost nothing to ask and negotiate hard...while outside the door and walk away (night market bargain style if not getting what YOU want)

Any sub-par quality =Toss them at once even if LB feels frustrated.
There are enough who do focus on quality and long term. The rest can go to hell.

Maybe MODs could create such a section for HK?
This only a very humble suggestion (from my only 3 years experience here) for the sake of all .
I understand that there an be collateral damages. RA should be 10 to warn Newbies.
It is just an idea.Nothing more. HK MODs do as you think is appropriate.
