When you said that she looked like her pics, this turns out to have been quite a compliment. She is very pretty.

I would rank Wonder desk service to be the best I've come across so really unusual for them to drop the ball this much.

Almost always they follow up with me to see how the session went. If there was an issue they rectify it as best they can

If I have to wait they get me cake and tea.

If it's raining they offer me an umbrella

They remember the room I like

So for the desk to actually be the one causing the issue is a huge surprise. Did you mention the issue on your way out? I'm curious what they said if you did.

Edit - I should probably clarify that I have visited the store more than most so maybe not everyone gets cake but I've visited a lot of shops more than most and I still think this one has the best desk staff.

Also it's a very vanilla service generally. The desk staff are great with questions though and telling the roster but the last month I was in Bangkok I only made it in once because other places had better offerings. It's often one of the first places I check out because the desk staff are so good, the rooms are nice and often there will be a few girls of interest in the lineup. To me it seems perfect for someone who wants to test the water.

Language was a problem, so maybe it was another lady calling? The guy at the front desk was very service minded when i arrived, and when i left he was on the phone, so i did not have a change to speak with him.

This might be that i am unlucky, and i only have had a single visit to this shop, so my report is not meant to be guide linie for everybody. I can only speak about what i experienced my self on this particular day, it might be different for somebody else?
