Some hallways as well are blacked out. people roaming the floors with mobile phone light on, but many of the girls do not want to work in the dark and therefore there are many rooms that are closed. May be fixed today, as I saw some workers on the ground floor working on ladders, but seems to be a tricky issue, as the light went on and off for an hour, mostly off.
