It might provide some channels that have sort of advertisements of girls. If you find a page like that you can click on some of the users and it might show either a message box or more info on her and maybe other girls as well. Another way is to search on twitter/X. #4 Post at 27-6-2024 11:46  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L TBH, I think what makes Telegram useful is the same thing that makes it obtuse.  If you know an agency, they may provide you with a TG channel where you can be kept up to date with the WGs, but generally they ask that you not share the channel information to others.  That said, I have only seen TG used this way in SE Asia. I personally would not use the Search or "Find Nearby" functions to contact an individual with pictures or ads that is clearly clickbait.  These are almost certainly either outright scams or just click-through advertising for (adult) websites. So OP, if you're in the US you are probably missing nothing.
