I go to Soi Cowboy about once a week.  Never to monger, but just to sit at a bar with a good view and observe.  I have noticed that some girls will only approach white dudes and some girls will only approach Asian dudes.  I'm sure many don't mind, but it seems like there are a handful who only like one of the other.  Also, in general, the girls lining the streets never seem that attractive on Soi Cowboy.  Possibly inside some of the places, but I rarely venture inside.
