Coronet Court on fire

Don't know if anyone caught this snippet in the papers this past weekend.  But someone or something started a fire by burning the towels and clothing hanging out in the open area on the first floor.  This is where the girls are.  

Not sure about the damages...anyone know anything?

blimey didn't know about that....was thinking of going last weekend... lucky i didn;t imagine if they had a big fire i would be stark naked running down the stairs in to the busy streets

the incident was at 5 in the morning...so no worries bro....your karma has not run out yet.

There was a fire in New Lucky Building some years back ... I was on the 3rd floor ... fortunately not doing anything embarassing

Well ... at that particular moment I'd settled down for a good night's sleep ... got woken abt 1hr later by a fireman hammering on all the doors ... like I say, nothing embarrassing.  

But I did appear on TV that night.  
I was pretty innocent at the time (at least, relatively!) ... so with hindsight I guess a lot of people were probably jumping to conclusions that at the time didn't even cross my mind!!
