I've seen that video before.  
If you see in the first few seconds it says Emmanuelle Sauna!!
If i remember clearly, someone mentioned that it's in the Sintra hotel in Macau.

good catch - So I've searched on the forums and cant find any reference to it.
Does this mean it doesnt exist anymore or not even worth considersation?

Not much is mentioned about this sauna.  But it states it's there.

with the limited time I have this visit I doubt I can - first visit to macau and can go only for a day and dont want to go to a place that no one has written about - want the trip to be good !

Ha ok i get your point.
Then you best to go to a place that is tried and tested and reported a lot on the forums.
From a general point of view, guess you cannot go wrong with places like 18, Rio and D1.
And you get all sorts at saunas, smiley ones, frowny ones, shy ones, cool ones etc.

yes, but you may also get BBBJ and you definitely don't have to wear a stupid mask. I'm not surprised the girl isn't smiling, I wouldn't expect her to be too thrilled getting drilled by the masked guy on camera .... no GFE for him 6 months.
