club 1001 does have a common pool (but girls can't join you in unlike the old Alexis), however on my last trip there the mamasan told me that they have private pool (can fit 6 -8pax iirc) which the girls will be able to join you in. But you will need to pre-book for the private pool (guess there will be extra charges)

Overall, personal experience is... if your time is limited in jakarta and you do not wish to settle for less, just try 1001 spa / malioboro spa / emporivm spa. These 3 should be rather failsafe.
