Having been burnt by B+S at fansspa last time around I decided to keep it a bit more down to earth and try out K12 who is offering more budget friendly options. K12 has mixed reviews on here, but less so than fansspa. In particular the girls themselves seemed to be real as well as the services on offer, and the issues others seemed to have was with the individual girls rather than the agent.

I made the booking about 90 mins in advance fairly late on Friday night. Agent was quick to respond and didn't ask for biographical details about me, very business like and matter of face. Terse even. That was fine by me, I was looking to shoot my load, not gain a pen pal.

When I arrived at the building it matched another poster's description of something in between a hotel and a 141 walk up. The building looked a bit run down and grim, and the lift was ancient. There was also a queue of a few other blokes who looked out of place, not making eye contact.
