Located in Shinjuku, upstairs of randome building in notorious "Kabukicho" area.
It is all about gamble - sometimes girls / ladies are there, some times its all greedy single men (sipping oolong tea... kinda funny to encounter that situation)
But when you are lucky, you get to experience something you cannot have elsewhere.
Common to those places, bliss-out has...
- the bar area where people meet and greet, check if the chemistry matches

The damage is less than JPY10k for 3 hour package on weekdays' night, or about JPY10k for daytime package for weekend.
Friday/weekend night package (till 5am) is most expensive - yet about JPY15k.
But in bliss-out, people tend to leave by the last traing, or even before that.
So dont do the package with over 10k - weekdays quick session before 10am or sat/sun afternoon (from noon-ish till 5pm) is good enough to enjoy IF its a lucky day.
